My personal management style is Laissez-faire and I am more of a coach and mentor and less of a leader to my team. I empower my team members and let them take certain decisions, this way I like to support their creativity. I don’t have the tendency to hold back my team and like to work along with them. I don’t prefer the idea of bossing around. My management style is also known managing by walking around where I don’t interfere too much. The team is given full liberty to take the decisions and they need to solve the problems on their own.
